Phyllis Jacobson

Program Assistant

Phyllis joined Safer in 2006 after an extensive career as a dental assistant and insurance coordinator in Minnesota, Nebraska, and Iowa. As Program Assistant, Phyllis assists with administrative tasks and conducts support activities for project development in all program divisions. She establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, and other documents and assists with the scheduling of fitting station appointments and fielding of telephone calls. She is especially involved in coordinating Safer’s conferences and educational presentations. Phyllis earned her child passenger safety technician certification in 2007 and now serves as a technician at child safety seat clinics and fitting stations.
