Nancy Vandenberg

Nancy joined Safer in 2009 as Program Coordinator. After her undergraduate and graduate education at
Albright
College and the
University of
Kansas, respectively,
Nancy spent 12 years in youth and family services. She managed programs at a university, a municipality, and a non-profit organization in
California and in
New Mexico. As Program Coordinator,
Nancy manages the New Mexico Child Safety Seat Distribution Program (NMCSSDP), several child passenger safety training courses, and the New Mexico Child Safety Seat Fitting Station program. She serves as a liaison between Safer and more than 40 healthcare and family resource centers throughout the state. Nancy received her Child Passanger Safety Technician certification February, 2010.
