Eileen Rios

Traffic Safety Project Coordinator

Eileen Rios administers the ODWI and OBD programs in cooperation with the TSB. She is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all aspects of the OBD/ODWI programs, which includes data analysis, report development, reimbursement claims, and the coordination of meetings and materials. Eileen serves as a liaison to the participating law enforcement agencies and the law enforcement contractors. With extensive software knowledge and the understanding of database management, Eileen serves as the primary data support team member for both locations. Prior to joining Safer, she worked as a legal assistant, an administrative assistant, and a planner for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, and is well known throughout the law enforcement community.
